Known for its high-energy melody and demanding vocal range, this song is a challenge for even the most seasoned performers. But Sydnie and her team made it look effortless, hitting every note with precision and passion.
Their electrifying performance showcased not only their vocal strength but also their undeniable chemistry on stage. Fans were left in awe, praising their ability to tackle such a difficult song with ease.
Britain’s Got Talent winner goes ‘back to school’ less than a year after winning ITV talent show
The success of this performance is just another milestone in Sydnie’s skyrocketing career. After winning Britain’s Got Talent in June last year, she took home the coveted £250,000 prize and the chance to perform at the prestigious Royal Variety Performance.
Her journey to victory began with a show-stopping golden buzzer moment from judge Amanda Holden after an unforgettable rendition of “Tomorrow” from Annie. She continued to win hearts with her passionate delivery of “Over the Rainbow” in the final, securing her place as the winner of Season 17.
But despite her rise to fame, Sydnie is staying grounded. In a recent interview, she revealed that she has gone “back to school” to complete her Level 3 personal training qualification. “It’s good to have something, just in case,” she shared, showing her commitment to long-term stability even amid her busy career.
As for her winnings, Sydnie is taking a responsible approach. Rather than splurging on luxuries, she has placed her prize money into a savings account, with the goal of buying a house. “All I ever wanted was stability. One day, I hope to have a family, and I want to use this money wisely,” she told the Daily Mail. “For now, I’m just happy to be working.”
And work, she certainly is. Sydnie’s international career is already off to a flying start, with her debut New York show at Sony Hall selling out so quickly that a second date had to be added. “Coming off my first tour to the news that my first-ever headline show in New York is SOLD OUT—and we’re adding a second one—is beyond my wildest dreams!” she shared excitedly. “This journey feels like a shared success with my fans, and I can’t thank them enough.”
With her powerhouse vocals, relentless drive, and humble spirit, Sydnie Christmas is proving that her talent goes far beyond a single competition win. As she takes on bigger stages and global audiences, there’s no doubt that this is just the beginning of an incredible career.
