People magazine picked actor Patrick Dempsey as the most gorgeous man of 2023. The title was unveiled on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Patrick Dempsey, 57, the star of “Grey’s Anatomy,” also appeared on the magazine’s cover.

The actor, who is married and has a daughter Tallulah and twin sons Darby and Sullivan, commented on the prize, stating, “Never give up on your dreams.”

Dempsey stated that his family laughed when he informed them about the prize, and that the magazine carefully covers the winner’s name. He responded, “You’re not authorized to discuss it at all. Everyone signs non-disclosure agreements.”

Dempsey reflected on getting the award, saying, “You have to enjoy the moment when it happens—the year goes by so fast.”

In the magazine piece, Dempsey said he is “glad that this is happening now” in his life.
