The Police Line Up to Do a Dance Routine, But It’s The Police Dog That Steals The Show

The dancing challenges people take on and post on social media are one of my favorite things to watch. You must enjoy these trials as well. They promote goodwill and in some way unite people.

Most likely, you’ve come across the The Git Up challenge. It all began with a dancing tutorial made by Blanco Brown for his song of the same name. Unsurprisingly, a ton of people were eager to try the routine, which is undeniably enjoyable and infectious.

The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office, the Yuba City Police Department, the Sutter County Courts, and the Sutter County Code Enforcement are all represented in one of these challenge videos, which has around 9 million views overall. These guys took the challenge to an entirely new level by transforming it into a dance competition. We can’t stop watching the outcome because it is so amazing.

After a Yuba City police cruiser and a Sutter County Sheriff’s car begin “fighting” over a parking space, the dance off begins. As the dancing begins, additional participants join in. One K-9 dog stood out among them, however not so much for his dancing as for his delight at watching the other policemen dance. He presumably wonders what’s going on before eventually joining in.

I appreciate how the police show us that they enjoy themselves despite having a somewhat serious line of work.

Watching this video is a must. Check it out here, and remember to tell your friends about it.
