An 80-year-old man insists every morning on bringing his wife breakfast in the nursing home. When asked “Why is his wife in a retirement home?” His reply shocked everyone. Check comments 👇👇👇

Sometimes in life we meet someone and know right away that they are the one we want to spend the rest of time with. While on this journey called life, not everyone is fortunate enough to find their soul mate, but when you do, make sure you hold onto them tightly and never let go of their side.

An 80-year-old man visited his wife in a nursing facility and brought her flowers and breakfast. He was questioned about his wife and the reason she was staying at the facility by someone who had seen him doing this every morning. She had Alzheimer’s disease, the man retorted.

The interested visitor questioned the elderly man, “Would your Wife be worried if one day you didn’t come and bring her breakfast?” She doesn’t recall, the man retorted. She hasn’t recognized me in five years; she doesn’t even know who I am.

Further perplexed, the individual inquired, “So why do you bring your wife breakfast every morning, even though she doesn’t even recognize you?” The loving spouse said with a smile, “She doesn’t know who I am, but I know who she is.”

This has really moved our hearts.
